TravelDays helps you stay compliant with day-counting visa rules. It tracks Schengen 90/180, US ESTA, UK visitor windows, tax-residency thresholds, and your own custom rules in one place.

Add your trips, and the app shows you exactly how many days you have left, when your next "safe" date is, and warns you before you risk an overstay.

1. Open the Trips tab.
2. Tap the + button.
3. Search for the country, set your entry and exit dates, add an optional note, and save.

The home screen and rule pages update immediately.

For any given day, you may have spent at most 90 days inside the Schengen area in the previous 180 days. TravelDays runs that rolling-window calculation against every day in your trip history and projects it forward, so you can plan future trips without crossing the limit.

Future-dated trips are included in projections so you can see "what happens if I go to Italy on these dates".

Yes. ESTA allows up to 90 days per visit, and US Customs is sensitive to repeated short trips that look like residence. TravelDays tracks your ESTA window, your remaining days, and lets you mark when an ESTA was approved so you can see when you need to renew.

Many countries treat you as tax-resident if you spend over a certain number of days there in a calendar year (often 183). TravelDays sums per-country days per year so you can see where you're getting close to a residency threshold.

If you set a recovery email when creating your account, tap Forgot PIN on the sign-in screen. We'll email you a code to reset it.

1. Open the app.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Re-enter your PIN and type DELETE to confirm.

Your trips, passports, registrations, family members, devices, and account record are removed immediately. If you can't access the app, email davar@rasab.io and we'll action the deletion within 30 days.

Yes. Sign in with the same username and PIN on any device and your trips, passports, registrations, and family members appear automatically. Each device gets its own identifier so you can see and revoke devices from your profile.

No. TravelDays computes everything from the trips you enter manually. We do not track your location in the background and we do not read your contacts or photos.

You can enable in-app, email alerts for things like "5 days until you must leave Schengen" or "ESTA expires in 30 days". Manage them in Profile → Notifications. They're off by default.

TravelDays is completely free. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no premium tiers, and no paid upgrades. Every tool — Schengen tracking, ESTA, tax-residency, family, document vault, AI advisor, embassy finder — is unlocked for every user from the moment you sign up.

We don't sell your data either (see our Privacy Policy).

No. TravelDays is a planning and tracking tool. Immigration officers have final authority and rules can change without notice. Always cross-check critical decisions with the relevant embassy or a qualified immigration lawyer.
